Spectrum Management. 9.2.6.1 CenturyLink will provide 2/4 Wire non-loaded Loops, ISDN-capable Loops, xDSL-I-capable Loops, DS1-capable Loops, and DS3-capable Loops (collectively referred to in this Section 9.2.6 as "xDSL Loops") in a non-discriminatory manner to permit CLEC to provide Advanced Services to its End User Customers.
