SPEECH AND LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. 6.8.1 Extended School Year – Speech and Language Pathologists shall not be required to work “Extended School Year” (ESY). If Speech and Language Pathologist services are needed for ESY, Speech and Language Pathologists may volunteer to provide coverage and compensation shall be paid per Article 6.4.1a.
