Speech and Language Therapists. 8.9.1 The District will pay the full costs for the annual Speech and Language Therapists license fee and the annual Certificate of Clinical Competence fee. 8.9.2 A Speech and Language Therapist supervising another SLP for their Clinical Fellowship Year will receive an annual stipend of $2,700.

Speech and Language Therapists working in DIS and speech and language credentialed teachers in SDC classes specifically designed for communicatively handicapped students shall be included in Schedule UTR NS & P, and both shall be required to work the same work year as other unit members paid on Schedule UTR NS & P.

Speech and Language Therapists. The District may contract with agencies or individuals to provide services in the areas of physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychological or speech if no qualified applicant is available to provide such services. B. This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties on all issues which were or could have been the subject of negotiation. During the term of the Agreement, neither party shall be required to negotiate with respect to any such matter whether or not covered by this Agreement and whether or not within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated or signed this Agreement.
