Common use of Speech/Language Therapist Clause in Contracts

Speech/Language Therapist. A Speech/Language Therapist is employed for a basic workweek of thirty-five (35) hours to perform assigned professional duties. Each Speech/Language Therapist shall have six (6) preparation hours each week exclusive of class and class preparation time during which he/she shall not be responsible for student contacts or appointments. 4.2.6.1 Each Speech/Language Therapist assigned to teach a class as part of the Speech/Language Therapist's contract assignment shall receive one (1) hour of preparation time for each one (1) hour assigned to the classroom.
