Speed Control. 6.8.1. The Network Operator shall implement and monitor speed checks on its Network, as it deems appropriate with the aid of speed checking apparatus. The type of apparatus used shall be calibrated in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer of the speed apparatus by competent laboratories.
