Common use of Sponsor Obligations as to Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Sponsor Obligations as to Confidentiality. Subject to clause 16.4 and except as otherwise provided in this Contract, the Sponsor shall keep confidential all matters relating to this Contract and all Confidential Information of TTL and/or any member of the TfL Group and shall prevent its employees, sub-contractors and agents from making any disclosure to any person of any matter relating to this Contract and/or any such Confidential Information.
