SPONSORSHIP AND FUNDING. Xxxxxxxxx was appointed in January 2019 to undertake the sponsorship and fundraising drive for Galway 2020 and a largescale fundraising drive is underway. Since their appointment, under the leadership of Xxxxx Xxxx, Partnership Director, we have made contact with over 200 companies and 86 meetings have been held. Galway 2020’s fundraising team is engaging with local, national and international businesses very positively and effectively. This process to negotiate and agree packages with fundraising partners takes time to finalise for each individual business. We are passionate about ensuring that both sides get the same level of satisfaction from the partnership. As is normal for projects of this scale, it is envisaged that the fundraising drive will continue throughout 2019, into and during 2020, with funding realised throughout the entire duration of the project.

  • Ownership and Reuse of Documents All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.

  • Membership and Dues 4.10 Membership Employees are not required to join the Association as a condition of employment. However, whether or not Employees are members of the Association they shall, as a condition of employment, pay the equivalent of union dues to the Association.

  • OWNERSHIP AND USE OF DOCUMENTS 1.3.1 All drawings, specifications, estimates, and all other documents, including shop drawings and calculations, prepared at any time in connection with the Project, shall, upon payment for services in connection therewith, become the sole property of the State.

  • Apprenticeship and Training It is agreed that all Employers covered by this Agreement shall contribute a sum as listed in Schedule "A" herein for each compensable man-hour of Carpenters, including supervisory employees when covered by this Agreement. Said contribution shall be made to xxx Xxxxxxxxxx- Employers Apprenticeship and Training Trust Fund of Washington-Idaho the manner as set forth in the Trust Agreement of said Trust. The details of such Apprenticeship and Training Plan established by this Trust Fund and this Trust Fund itself shall continue to be controlled and administered by a Joint Board of Trustees composed of equal representation of labor and management who are signators to the Trust Agreement of the aforesaid Trust Fund. Each Trustee appointed by the Union shall be a member of the Union and employed by the Union and each Management trustee shall be a salaried executive or officer of a signatory Employer, or an employee of an Employer association, on behalf of its member employers.
