Common use of Sponsorship Terms Clause in Contracts

Sponsorship Terms. From time to time following execution of this Agreement, Charities may award a sponsorship to Organization for a specific limited purpose (such as an event or conference) (each, a “Sponsorship”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as further specified in the Statement of Terms. With respect to each Sponsorship, at a minimum the Statement of Terms will include (i) the amount of cash or in-kind goods or services to be awarded to Organization (the “Sponsored Amount”); (ii) a description of the in-kind goods or services to be awarded; (iii) the distribution schedule for the Sponsored Amount; (iv) the name and date(s) for the applicable Sponsorship event or conference (the “Sponsored Event”); and (v) any benefits to be provided by Organization to Charities for the Sponsorship.
