Counterparts and Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original and all of which will together constitute one and the same instrument and delivery of an executed copy of this Agreement by electronic facsimile transmission or other means of electronic communication capable of producing a printed copy will be deemed to be execution and delivery of this Agreement as of the date set forth on page one of this Agreement.

Counterparts and Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts for the convenience of the parties hereto, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Agreement by facsimile or portable document format shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart to this Agreement.

Counterparts and Facsimile Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in one or more identical counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which taken together shall be deemed to constitute the Agreement when a duly authorized representative of each party has signed a counterpart. The parties may sign and deliver this Agreement by facsimile transmission. Each party agrees that the delivery of the Agreement by facsimile shall have the same force and effect as delivery of original signatures and that each party may use such facsimile signatures as evidence of the execution and delivery of the Agreement by all parties to the same extent that an original signature could be used.

All fax, digital, mechanical and/or stamped signatures shall be treated as original signatures ("Associated Signature") that are associated with this Agreement, as long as affixed to the particular document with the approval of the person whose signature is represented by the Associated Signature. There shall be a rebuttable presumption that an Associated Signature was affixed to the particular document with the consent of the person whose signature is represented thereby.
