Common use of Spouse Military Leave Clause in Contracts

Spouse Military Leave. As required by State law, an eligible nurse who is the spouse of a military member called to active duty, ordered to be deployed or on leave from deployment during times of a military conflict is entitled to take a total of 15 days of leave per deployment. The leave may be taken without pay or the nurse may choose to substitute accrued leave as required by State law.
