Common use of SPREAD ACCOUNT ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS Clause in Contracts

SPREAD ACCOUNT ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS. On each Subsequent Transfer Date, the Series 1999-B Trust will, pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Series 1999-B Sale and Servicing Agreement, deliver on behalf of the Seller the Spread Account Additional Deposit for such Subsequent Transfer Date to the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent shall deposit each such Spread Account Additional Deposit received from the Series 1999-B Trust into the Series 1999-B Spread Account.

SPREAD ACCOUNT ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS. On each Subsequent Transfer Date, the Series 19991997-B A Trust will, pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Series 19991997-B A Sale and Servicing Agreement, deliver on behalf of the Seller the Spread Account Additional Deposit for such Subsequent Transfer Date to the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent shall deposit each such Spread Account Additional Deposit received from the Series 19991997-B A Trust into the Series 19991997-B A Spread Account.

SPREAD ACCOUNT ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS. On each Subsequent Transfer Date, the Series 19991998-B C Trust will, pursuant to Section 2.4 of the Series 19991998-B C Sale and Servicing Agreement, deliver on behalf of the Seller the Spread Account Additional Deposit for such Subsequent Transfer Date to the Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent shall deposit each such Spread Account Additional Deposit received from the Series 19991998-B C Trust into the Series 19991998-B C Spread Account.

The Collateral Agent shall deposit each such Spread Account Additional Deposit received from the Series 19991997-B D Trust into the Series 19991997-B D Spread Account.

The Collateral Agent shall deposit each such Spread Account Additional Deposit received from the Series 19991998-B D Trust into the Series 19991998-B D Spread Account.

The Collateral Agent shall deposit each such Spread Account Additional Deposit received from the Series 19991995-B D Trust into the Series 19991995-B D Spread Account.
