Spring 2023 Consulting. It is hereby agreed between Salem -Keizer Public Schools and that will serve in a consulting capacity to the District for up to twenty (20) days from the date of the execution of this Agreement through June 30, 2023. agrees to work with the current superintendent and Board Chair to schedule these days as are mutually convenient. agrees to accept compensation for these services at the per diem rate based upon the salary in Section 4 of the parties’ Employment Contract. The District agrees to pay reasonable travel expenses for for travel to Salem- Keizer related to these consulting visits.

  • Consulting If the Executive agrees to the provisions of Section 14(e) above, then the Executive shall have the obligation to provide consulting services to the Company as an independent contractor, commencing on the Date of Termination and ending on the second anniversary of the Date of Termination (the “Consulting Period”). The Executive shall hold himself available at reasonable times and on reasonable notice to render such consulting services as may be so assigned to him by the Board or the Company’s then Chief Executive Officer; provided, however, that unless the parties otherwise agree, the consulting services rendered by the Executive during the Consulting Period shall not exceed twenty (20) hours each month; and, provided, further, that the consulting services rendered by the Executive during the Consulting Period shall in no event exceed twenty percent (20%) of the average level of services performed by the Executive for the Company over the thirty-six (36) month period immediately preceding the Executive’s Separation from Service (or the full period of services to the Company, if the Executive has been providing services to the Company for less than thirty-six (36) months). The Company agrees to use its best efforts during the Consulting Period to secure the benefit of the Executive’s consulting services so as to minimize the interference with the Executive’s other activities, including requiring the performance of consulting services at the Company’s offices only when such services may not be reasonably performed off-site by the Executive.

We will not be liable for losses or damages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties, non-delivery, delayed delivery, misdirected delivery or mishandling of, or inaccurate content in, information and instructions sent through the Mobile Services. Additionally, not all of the products, services, or functionality described on the Site(s) and the Agreement are available when you use a mobile device. Therefore, you may not be eligible to use all the products, services or functionality described when you access or try to access them using a mobile device. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for any product, service, or functionality. Information available via the Mobile Services, including balance, transfer, and payment information, may differ from the information that is available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device. Information available directly through the CCCU online services and Site(s) without the use of a mobile device may not be available via the Mobile Services, may be described using different terminology (including capitalized terms used in the Agreement or on our Site(s), or may be more current than the information available via the Mobile Services, including but not limited to account balance information. The method of entering instructions via the Mobile Services may also differ from the method of entering instructions directly through the Service without the use of a mobile device. Processing of payment and transfer instructions may take longer through the Mobile Services. We are not responsible for such differences, whether or not attributable to your use of the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree that neither our service providers nor we will be liable for any errors or delays in the content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. You are responsible for any and all charges, including, but not limited to, fees associated with text messaging imposed by your communications service provider.

You may redeem Consulting Units in accordance with the applicable equivalent Unit Value in the Consulting Unit Redemption Table set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/licenses/redemptiontable and the following procedure: • Contact a Red Hat sales representative or consulting representative to request Consulting Unit redemption. • Red Hat will submit an order form to you that will describe the scope of work to be performed and number of Consulting Units required. • You will return the signed order form to Red Hat. • Upon Red Hat's review and approval, Red Hat will return a copy of the signed order form to you.
