Spring Creek Correctional Center Duty Station. Incentive Pay Employees whose duty station is Spring Creek Correctional Center (SCCC) shall, upon the completion of one (1) consecutive year worked, be paid the equivalent of one (1) step above the earned step on the applicable salary schedule for all work performed at the SCCC.
