Common use of Stability Pay Clause in Contracts

Stability Pay. Effective July 1, 1997, stability pay will be in effect for the unit recognized in Article 2.1 as follows for employees with more than five (5) years of service. A year of service shall consist of two thousand eighty (2080) straight time hours. 5 through 9 years completed -- upon completion of each year of service an employee will receive a lump sum payment of two hundred twenty five ($225.00).
