Staff and professional consultants. (a) To employ such staff and on such terms as it deems fit to enable it to perform its powers and duties under this Deed and to provide such staff with any necessary accommodation, uniforms, working clothes and all materials and equipment. (b) To retain the service of such professional consultants on such terms as it deems fit for the purpose of carrying out its powers and duties under this Deed.
