Common use of Staff Order Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Staff Order Cancellation. If EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION changes or cancels an order less than two (2) hours prior to the start of a shift, MAXIM will bill EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION for two (2) hours at the established fee for each scheduled Personnel. XXXXX will be responsible for contacting MAXIM Personnel prior to reporting time.
