Common use of Staff Order Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Staff Order Cancellation. If FACILITY changes or cancels an order less than two (2) hours prior to the start of a shift, MAXIM will bill FACILITY for the day's full hours at the established fee for each scheduled Personnel. MAXIM will be responsible for contacting MAXIM Personnel prior to reporting time.
