Common use of STAFF PLACEMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF PLACEMENT. 26.01 (a) Except where otherwise stated in this Agreement, for the purposes of hiring and contested vacancies, but excluding administrative/supervisory positions in Article 28, selection of the successful applicant shall be based upon either the evaluative approach or the seniority-dominant approach, as described in Article 26.02 herein.

STAFF PLACEMENT. 26.01 22.01 (a) Except where otherwise stated in this Agreement, for the purposes of hiring and contested vacancies, but excluding administrative/supervisory positions in Article 2824, selection of the successful applicant shall be based upon either the evaluative approach or the seniority-dominant approach, as described in Article 26.02 22.02 herein.

STAFF PLACEMENT. 26.01 23.01 (a) Except where otherwise stated in this Agreement, for the purposes of hiring and contested vacancies, but excluding administrative/supervisory positions in Article 2825 – Administrative Positions, selection of the successful applicant shall be based upon either the evaluative approach or the seniority-dominant approach, as described in Article 26.02 23.02 herein.

STAFF PLACEMENT. 26.01 36.01 (a) Except where otherwise stated in this Agreement, for the purposes of hiring and contested vacancies, but excluding administrative/supervisory positions in Article 2838, selection of the successful applicant shall be based upon either the evaluative approach or the seniority-dominant approach, as described in Article 26.02 36.02 herein.

STAFF PLACEMENT. 26.01 24.01 (a) Except where otherwise stated in this Agreement, for the purposes of hiring and contested vacancies, but excluding administrative/supervisory consultant positions in Article 2826, selection of the successful applicant shall be based upon either the evaluative approach or the seniority-dominant approach, as described in Article 26.02 24.02 herein.
