Staff Rates for Subconsultant and Other Resources. When the Consultant uses Subconsultants and / or other resources for Non Core Services staff rates are in accordance with item B i in table 2 • A Subconsultant is in accordance with the definition in clause 11.2(12) of the NEC3 Professional Services Contract. • Other resources are those that are: ❑ NOT employed by the Consultant and ❑ NOT included under a contract with the Consultant to provide part of the services included in the Contract. Other resources are paid for in the same manner as Subconsultant resources, in accordance with clause 3.2.2 above, for Non Core Services. • When the Consultant uses Subconsultants and / or other resources for Non Core Services quotations and staff rates shall all be at open market or competitively tendered prices with deductions for all discounts, rebates and taxes that can be recovered.
