Common use of Staff Second Assistant Director Clause in Contracts

Staff Second Assistant Director. i. For the period from December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $84,708. Effective December 1, 2018, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $86,402. Effective December1, 2019, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $88,130. ii. A Staff 2nd AD is one who performs as a 2nd AD who may also perform other non-Guild covered services for a Producer under a guarantee of no less than twenty six (26) weeks.

For the period from December 1, 2017 through November 30, 20182014 through November 28, 2015, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $84,70878,280. Effective December 1, 2018November 29,2015, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $86,40280,628. Effective December1December 4, 20192016, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $88,13083,047. ii. A Staff 2nd AD is one who performs as a 2nd AD who may also perform other non-Guild covered services for a Producer under a guarantee of no less than twenty six (26) weeks.

Effective December1, 2019, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $88,13074,263. ii. A Staff 2nd AD is one who performs as a 2nd AD who may also perform other non-Guild covered services for a Producer under a guarantee of no less than twenty six (26) weeks.

Effective December 1, 20182012, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $86,402. Effective December1, 2019, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $88,13076,000. ii. A Staff 2nd AD is one who performs as a 2nd AD who may also perform other non-Guild covered services for a Producer under a guarantee of no less than twenty six (26) weeks.
