Common use of Staff Second Assistant Director Clause in Contracts

Staff Second Assistant Director. i. For the period from December 1, 2009 through October 31, 2010, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $72,100. Effective November 1, 2010, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $74,263.

Staff Second Assistant Director. i. For the period from December 1, 2009 2017 through October 31November 30, 20102018, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $72,10084,708. Effective November December 1, 20102018, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $74,26386,402. Effective December1, 2019, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $88,130.

Staff Second Assistant Director. i. For the period from December 1, 2009 2011 through October 31November 30, 20102012, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $72,100. Effective November December 1, 20102012, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $74,26376,000.

Staff Second Assistant Director. i. For the period from December 1November 30, 2009 2014 through October 31November 28, 20102015, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $72,10078,280. Effective November 1, 201029,2015, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $74,26380,628. Effective December 4, 2016, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $83,047.

Staff Second Assistant Director. i. For the period from Effective December 1, 2009 through October 31, 20102019, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $72,100. Effective November 1, 2010, Producer shall make contributions to the Plans for the Staff 2nd AD on a presumed annual salary of $74,26388,130.
