(A) When a Producer borrows the services of an Employee from a loan-out company, as defined in paragraph (C) below, and such Employee renders services covered by this Agreement, the Producer shall make pension and health contributions directly to the Directors Guild of America-Producer Pension and Health Plans (“Plans”) on behalf of the loan-out company.
(B) Contributions shall be based on the presumed salaries defined in AICP Article 3- 104 below.
Pension and Health. The Employer shall make Pension and Health contributions, based on its Tier, to the SDC- League Pension Fund and the SDC-League Health Fund on all compensation (including any Extension and/or Royalty payments). Pension and Health. For each day indicated above, the Employer shall make contributions of $25/day to the SDC-League Pension Fund and $25/day to the SDC-League Health Fund. Pension and Health a. 13th and/or 14th Checks for Retirees Who Retired On or Before August 1, 2009
Pension and Health a. The Producer is hereby made a party to and is bound by the provision of the “Screen Actors Guild-Producers Pension Plan and Health Plans”, hereinafter referred to as the “Pension and Health Plans”. Each Producer shall contribute to the said Pension and Health Plans and to the Screen Actors Guild-Producers Industry Advancement and Cooperative Fund at the same percentages provided under the Basic Agreement.
b. The Producer agrees to execute such further instruments from time to time as the Trustees of either of said Pension and Health Plans may find necessary or desirable to effectuate the purposes of the Pension and Health Plans or the Producer’s obligations with respect to them.
Pension and Health. All pension and health contributions on behalf of the Employee shall be remitted to the following address by two separate checks (one payable to “SDC-League Pension Fund” and the other to “SDC-League Health Fund”): The initial pension and health contributions will follow the structure below and such payment shall be due prior to the first day of rehearsal. Pension and Health. On New Media Productions budgeted at $25,000 or less per minute (using the same cost elements as described in the third paragraph of Paragraph B above), Producer’s only obligation hereunder shall be to make Health and Welfare contributions on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Side Letter pursuant to Exhibit I, Section E of the Television Agreement. On New Media Productions budgeted at more than $25,000 per minute (using the same cost elements as described in the third paragraph of Paragraph B above), or when Employees are assigned by the Producer to a New Media Production as part of their regular workday on the source production, Producer shall be obligated to make pension and health contributions in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 and Exhibit 1, Section E, respectively, of the Television Agreement, on behalf of each employee employed under the terms of this Side Letter. To the extent pension contributions are required under the terms of this Side Letter, the wages negotiated by the employee shall be deemed to be scale wages for the purpose of contributions to the Pension Plan.
Pension and Health. Revise to provide as
(a) The Employer shall contribute to the 403(b) plan established by the Employer: (i) for the first year of the term of this Agreement fourthree and one-half percent (4.0%)(3.50%) of contracted minimum wage and overtime pay of each Principal and 4.%3.50% of contracted minimum wage, overtime and step-up pay for all other Artists working under this Basic Agreement; and (ii) for the second year of the term of this agreement three one three quarter four and one-quarterhalf percent (4.25%)(3.75%) of contracted minimum wage and overtime pay of each Principal and 4.25%3.75% of contracted minimum wage, overtime and step-up pay for all other Artists working under this Basic Agreement; and (iii) for the third year of the term of this agreement, five percent (5%) of contracted minimum wage and overtime pay of each Principal and five percent (5%) of contracted minimum wage, overtime and step- up pay for all other Artists working under this Basic Agreement. Effective August 31, 2023, the Employer shall contribute to the 403(b) plan established by the Employer four percent (4.00%) of contracted minimum wage and overtime pay of each Principal and 4.00% of contracted minimum wage, overtime and step-up pay for all other Artists working under this Basic Agreement. The contributions are to begin with the first employment under this Basic Agreement.
(b) The Employer acknowledges that existence of the AGMA Health Fund currently held with the AETNA Insurance Company and agrees to execute all documents relating to the Employer’s obligations to the Fund.
(c) (b) The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost premiums for the agrees to contribute to the AGMA Health Fund, in monthly installments, the full actual yearly cost of Major Medical coverage in effect as of the date of this Agreement for each Artist employed, except that the Employer will not provide such coveragecontribute to the AGMA Health Fund for Artists whose actual employment by the Employer, starting with September 1st of the calendar year, is less than four (4) weeks. Within sixty (60) days of the ratification of this Agreement, the Employer and AGMA shall establish a joint committee, consisting of representatives of both Employer and AGMA, to solicit and review bids related to the renewal of the AGMA Artists’ health insurance. Where appropriate, that committee may recommend changes to the AGMA Artists’ health insurance; any such changes shall be subject to approval by the AGMA bargaining uni...
