Staffing and Staff Qualifications. For each specific project assigned under this contract, the Consultant shall furnish a principal commissioning agent, project manager, engineers, architects, and other personnel to do work when directed in writing as hereinafter provided. The Consultant’s staff assigned to a project under a task letter shall be identified in the task letter and shall not be changed without DAS’ prior written approval.
