Staffing and Vehicles. Subsidiary shall maintain an adequate and aggressive staff of sales and marketing personnel, which is sufficiently trained and knowledgeable to enable such staff to effectively promote sales of Products and solicit orders for Products. Subsidiary shall maintain and make available to its sales personnel such other equipment and supplies as are necessary to Subsidiary to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.
