Common use of STAFFING ASSIGNMENTS AND CREDENTIALS Clause in Contracts

STAFFING ASSIGNMENTS AND CREDENTIALS. 14.1.1 The Contractor warrants and represents that all persons, including independent Contractors and consultants assigned by it to perform this Contract, shall be employees or formal agents of the Contractor and shall have the credentials necessary (i.e., licensed, and bonded, as required) to perform the work required herein. The Contractor shall include a similar provision in any contract with any Subcontractor selected to perform work hereunder. The Contractor also agrees that DCH may approve or disapprove the Contractor’s Subcontractors or its staff assigned to this Contract prior to the proposed staff assignment. DCH’s decision on this matter shall not be subject to Appeal.
