Contractor Staffing. The Contractor shall provide the necessary combination of permanent staff and consultants, office space and equipment to carry out each awarded task order issued under this contract, as well as consultants with the specified expertise, availability, language proficiencies, and experience for each task order issued under this IQC. Specifically for the overall IQC, the contractor shall provide an IQC Project Director with experience in the management of health-related activities in developing countries, to respond to task order proposal requests and provide overall leadership and direction. In addition, the contractor shall have access to other either long-term or short term personnel who individually or collectively have competence and experience in: malaria vector management; indoor residual spraying implementation; logistics management; procurement/supply chain management; environmental impact assessment and monitoring; use, selection, and management of insecticides; capacity building/training; entomological monitoring; program monitoring and evaluation; IEC/BCC and community mobilization; and Francophone and lusophone language skills. Each Task Order will also have specific staffing requirements. For each country where IRS activities are implemented, Contractor(s) are expected to hire a Chief of Party. Contractors shall provide key personnel with the experience and expertise required under this contract. The contractor shall also provide all necessary logistical support, including commodity procurement, travel arrangements (with required USAID clearances), computer support, team-planning facilitation, and report editing and dissemination.
Contractor Staffing. If LAWA at its sole discretion is dissatisfied with the performance of any of Contractor’s personnel, including personnel of Contractor’s sub contractors, assigned to the Work, and so notifies Contractor, in writing, Contractor shall replace the person(s) to whom objection has been made within five (5) working days of the written notice. City, in exercising its rights may also, in its sole discretion direct Contractor to terminate one or more its sub-consulting agreements.

Contractor Staffing. 9.10.1 Contractor shall provide an adequate number of qualified and competent project management and supervisory staff, craft persons, and other personnel to perform the Work. 9.10.2 At all times during the course of the Work at the Facility Site and Existing Facility Site, Contractor shall provide a qualified, competent, and responsible individual who shall serve as Facility Site manager (the "Facility Site Manager"). Owner shall be entitled to rely on the authority of such person to commit Contractor with regard to all matters relating to the Contract Documents. All communications given to the Facility Site Manager by Owner's Project Director or his designee shall be as binding as if given to Contractor. If such Facility Site Manager shall leave Contractor's employ, or become incapacitated or otherwise incapable of serving, Contractor shall, with Owner's reasonable approval, designate a successor. 9.10.3 At all times during the course of the Work, Contractor shall provide a qualified, competent and responsible individual who shall serve as safety representative (the "Safety Representative") at the Facility Site and Existing Facility Site . The Safety Representative shall be approved by Owner prior to performance of the Work at the Facility Site and Existing Facility Site under this Contract. The Safety Representative shall be responsible for maintaining safe working conditions at the Facility Site and Existing Facility Site. 9.10.4 Contractor shall not transfer or remove any of the Project Manager, the Facility Site Manager or Safety Representative from performance of the Work without prior written approval of Owner, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Contractor Staffing. Contractor shall document and enforce an established code of professional conduct that governs Contractor’s staff. Contractor shall submit a written report to DCH that demonstrates Contractor’s implementation of a code of professional conduct that governs all Contractor’s workers providing services pursuant to this Contract. Contractor shall submit this report to DCH within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the Effective Date, by June 1st of each year for any and all contract renewals and within thirty (30) Calendar Days in advance of any changes to the process. In addition to any other reporting requirements provided under this Contract, Contractor shall provide to GOSA, on a monthly basis (or as otherwise requested by GOSA), written reports of the names, resumes and work schedules of Contractor's employees and subcontractors who shall be performing services under this Contract. Contractor shall remove any employee (or any other person working on behalf of Contractor) upon notice that such person does not meet the requirements of GOSA. Contractor shall replace such removed persons' duties with temporary personnel, approved by the GOSA, until an approved equivalent replacement can be assigned. Contractor will have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of removal to find an approved equivalent replacement.

Contractor Staffing. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel (management and line staff) for the food service operations as specified below and as outlined in Attachment I, Staffing Plan. a. Food Service Management Staff The Contractor shall provide on-site management staff that shall be responsible for total provision of food service operations. Management staff shall be required to be on-site a minimum of five (5) days a week, eight (8) hours per day. The Contractor shall document this by providing the Department’s Contract Manager the actual schedules worked as indicated in Contract Section F., 14., Staff Time Sheet Documentation. The two (2) remaining days of the week may be supervised by "swing" management staff or lead food service line staff with the authority to make operational decisions on the Contractor’s behalf. Corporate support and site visitation shall also be provided to the extent necessary to achieve a successful operation. The Contractor shall provide management staff personnel in addition to food service line staff referenced in Contract Section F., 11., b., Food Service Line Staff. b. Food Service Line Staff The Contractor shall provide food service line staffing, as deemed appropriate by the Contractor, to provide oversight of the work performed by the inmates assigned to the food service area including preparation of meals, serving of meals, receiving materials and sanitation. The Contractor shall provide a lead food service line staff member to cover each weekend-shift who has knowledge of, and experience with, the Department’s and Contractor's management policies and procedures. The staff person assigned to cover the weekend shift shall have accessibility to the Contractor's management and shall be authorized to make management decisions on behalf of the Contractor.

  • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All persons, corporations, or other legal entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States. The following requirements shall apply in addition to the requirements of Appendix B, section 42, Employees, Subcontractors and Agents, unless otherwise agreed to by the Authorized User:

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement: A. All employees of the Contractor shall wear a recognizable uniform. No hats will be worn inside the building. All of Contractor’s employees and agents performing work must carry a government-issued photo ID. Contractor’s employees and agents will present ID to District Staff upon request. This provision will be strictly enforced. B. The use of tobacco or tobacco products on Board property is prohibited by State law. C. The Contractor will not be permitted to utilize Day Labor or Temporary Workers to provide any services at any District facility. This includes any employees or agents that are hired prior to contract award. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in immediate termination of contract with the Contractor liable for any breach, including liquidated damages for delay damages and/or forfeiture of Performance Bond. D. The Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor are not permitted to play loud music, to make unnecessary noises, or to use vulgar or inappropriate language that causes offense to others. E. The employment of unauthorized or illegal aliens by the Contractor is considered a violation of Section 247A (e) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. If the Contractor knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such a violation shall also be cause for termination of this Agreement. F. Possession of firearms will not be tolerated on Board property. No person who has a firearm in their vehicle will be permitted to park on District property. Any employee of the Contractor found in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to leave, and will not be allowed to return to perform further work without the consent of the District. G. The Contractor certifies that he/she will not engage in the unlawful manufacture, sale distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or drug during the performance of the contract and that a drug-free workplace will be provided for the Contractor’s employees or agents during the performance of the contract. The Contractor also certifies that he will secure from any subcontractor who works on the contract, written certification of the same drug free workplace requirements. False certification or violation by failing to carry out requirements of O.C.G.A. § 50-24-3 may cause suspension, termination of contract, or debarment of such bidder Please Note: If any employee or agent of the Contractor or Sub-contractor is found to have brought a firearm on District property, the Contractor or Sub-contractor shall prohibit them from continuing to perform any work on District property. If the Contractor or Sub-contractor fails to do so, then the District may terminate this Agreement for cause as set forth below.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
