Common use of Staffing Placement Services Clause in Contracts

Staffing Placement Services. Logicalis warrants that any consultant provided to Customer will have the qualifications and hold the certifications represented to Customer by Logicalis. Logicalis makes no other representations or warranties with respect to the staffing placement Services to be provided. Customer is not authorized to make, and Customer shall not make, any representations or warranties on behalf of Logicalis to any third party. Customer shall be solely responsible and liable for any representations or warranties that Customer makes to any third party regarding Logicalis, the Hosted Environment, the Services, or any other aspect of this Agreement. Logicalis makes no representations or warranties with regard to the Third Party Services and passes through to Customer the terms and conditions for the services delivered by a third party.
