Staffing Qualifications. a. All staff shall possess adequate education and training to perform their duties for which they are assigned and meet all applicable licensing or certification requirements for their respective disciplines. b. All North Carolina Outward Bound School (NCOBS) Families In Need of Services (FINS) program staff that have direct unsupervised contact with youth will hold current certificates in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention from the Crisis Prevention Institute. c. Staff employed by the Provider and responsible for the provision of prevention and intervention services for youth shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
