Common use of STAFFING SECURITY Clause in Contracts

STAFFING SECURITY. 1The Supplier shall comply with the Staff Vetting Procedures in respect of all Supplier Staff employed or engaged in the provision of the Services. The Supplier confirms that all Staff employed or engaged by the Supplier at the Commencement Date were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Staff Vetting Procedures.

STAFFING SECURITY. 1The 13.1 The Supplier shall comply with the Staff Vetting Procedures in respect of all Supplier Staff employed or engaged in the provision of the Goods and/or Services. The Supplier confirms that all Staff employed or engaged by the Supplier at the Commencement Date were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Staff Vetting Procedures. 13.2 The Supplier shall provide training on a continuing basis for all Staff employed or engaged in the provision of the Goods and/or Services to ensure compliance with the Staff Vetting Procedures.

The Supplier shall provide training on a continuing basis for all Supplier Personnel employed or engaged in the provision of the Services in compliance with the Security Policy and Security Plan.

STAFFING SECURITY. 1The Supplier shall comply with the Staff Vetting Procedures in respect of the Contractor and all Supplier Staff employed or engaged in the provision of the Placement Services. The Supplier confirms that all Staff employed or engaged shall carry out such vetting to the level of clearance specified by the Supplier at Customer, whether in the Commencement Date were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Staff Vetting ProceduresOrder or otherwise.
