STAFFING SECURITY. 14.1 The Consultant shall comply with the Staff Vetting Procedures in respect of all Consultant Personnel employed or engaged in the provision of the Consultancy Services. The Consultant confirms that all Consultant Personnel employed or engaged by the Consultant at the Commencement Date were vetted and recruited on a basis that is equivalent to and no less strict than the Staff Vetting Procedures.
