Common use of Stage Management Billing Clause in Contracts

Stage Management Billing. ‌ The Stage Manager shall receive billing on either the title page or the cast list page of the house program, placement to be at the Engager's discretion. The Assistant Stage Manager shall receive billing on the same page of the house program as other Assistants (Assistant Lighting Designer, Assistant Costume Designer, etc.), placement to be at the Engager’s discretion. The Engager agrees to remit a copy of the program or playbill to Equity as soon as available.
