Stage Three: Grievance Arbitration. 13.5.1 In the event that a Grievance is not resolved at the Stage Two Grievance meeting, the University or OCADFA delivers written notification to the other Party, within 21 calendar days of receipt of the decision referred to in Articles 13.4.4 or 13.4.7, if it intends to proceed to “Grievance Arbitration”.
