Stamp Duty and Costs. (a) The Transferor and the Transferee are jointly and severally liable for the Council's Legal Costs of and incidental to the negotiation, preparation and execution of this deed, and must reimburse the Council for such Legal Costs promptly on demand. (b) The Transferee will pay all stamp duty arising directly or indirectly from this deed.
