Standard: Accounting for Disclosures. Except for those disclosures made to the Non- Exchange Entity’s Workforce who have a need for the record in the performance of their duties, and the disclosures that are necessary to carry out the required functions of the Non-Exchange Entity, all Non-Exchange Entities that maintain and/or store PII shall maintain an accounting of any and all disclosures.
