PRIVACY AND SECURITY STANDARDS. Selectron agrees that it will gather, collect, receive, generate, store, use, maintain, transmit, process, import, export, transfer and disclose the Licensee Data substantially in compliance with applicable data protection, security, breach notification and privacy laws, rules, regulations and industry standards to which Selectron is subject. Selectron shall, at all times, use reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Licensee Data in its possession or care, including technical, administrative, and physical safeguards that are appropriate given the nature of the Licensee Data.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY STANDARDS. Hxxxxxx and Intuit agree that Hxxxxxx’x performance under the Addendum and the Supply Agreement will be subject to Harland’s compliance with Intuit’s then-current privacy and security standards, and package handling requirements.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY STANDARDS. Selectron agrees that it will gather, collect, receive, generate, store, use, maintain, transmit, process, import, export, transfer and disclose the Licensee Data in compliance with applicable data protection, security, breach notification and privacy laws, rules, regulations and industry standards to which Selectron is subject. Selectron shall, at all times, use reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Licensee Data in its possession or care, including technical, administrative, and physical safeguards that are appropriate given the nature of the Licensee Data. Except as permitted for Aggregate Data under this Agreement, Selectron will not use, rent, transfer, distribute, or otherwise disclose or make available Licensee Data for Selectron’s own purposes or for the benefit of anyone other than Licensee without Licensee’s prior written consent. Selectron shall not sell any Licensee Data for any purpose without Licensee’s written consent. This Section shall survive the expiration of termination of this Agreement.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY STANDARDS. Each party agrees to comply with all applicable privacy and security requirements under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI- DSS”), the Payment Application Data Security Standards (“PA-DSS”), as well as the Card Brand security programs, including the American Express Data Security Operating Policy (“DSOP”) the Discover Information Security & Compliance (“DISC”), the MasterCard Site Data Protection Program (“SDP”), and Visa’s Cardholder Information Security Program (“CISP”), as amended from time to time, and with regard to each party’s use, access, and storage of cardholders’ nonpublic personal information under this agreement. Collectively, the PCI-DSS, PA-DSS, DSOP, DISC, SOP and AIS will be referred to as “PCI Standards”.

In addition, Hxxxxxx will meet or exceed, within a reasonable timeframe after disclosure to Hxxxxxx, Intuit’s then-current mail handling procedures, the current version of which is contained in Exhibit G (Intuit Suspicious Mail Handling Procedures), as well as any specific recommendations that Intuit provides to Hxxxxxx. Hxxxxxx is responsible for ensuring that all third party suppliers of Addendum Products will also comply with the then-current version of Intuit’s privacy and security standards and mail handling procedures.
