Standard Announcement. E-world represents and warrants that it has the right to determine the EVD standard and has the ability to influence the selection of the compression portion of the HD TV standard. Prior to December 2003, E-world agrees to make VP5 and/or VP6 a part of the People's Republic of China's industrial standard for EVD, and prior to June 2006 E-world agrees to make VP5 and/or VP6 a part of the People's Republic of China's HD TV standard. On2 and E-world will issue a mutually agreed to press release upon the selection of On2 for each of these standards.
