In the performance of Services hereunder, Operator shall not use any tangible assets of Owner for Operator's own benefit (except in the exercise of its rights and obligations under this Agreement) or for the benefit of Operator's Affiliates (other than Cheniere Energy Partners, L.P. and its subsidiaries) without the written consent of Owner which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Operator will not engage in any Discriminatory Practice with respect to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement which adversely affects its performance of its obligations to the Owner under this Agreement.
