Common use of Standard Operating Procedures Clause in Contracts

Standard Operating Procedures. All Members must read and accept the Standard Operating Procedure (“SOPs”) receipt of which is acknowledged. Member is responsible for educating their staff and for enforcement of the rules. Repeated violations of SOPs may result in fines and/or termination as further outlined in the Breach/Default section, Paragraph VI(2) herein and Exhibit E (Penalties) to this agreement.

Standard Operating Procedures. All Members must read and accept the Standard Operating Procedure (“SOPs”) receipt of which is acknowledged. Member is responsible for educating ensuring their staff complete orientation with e.terra staff and for enforcement of the rulesrules with each current and new employee they onboard. Repeated violations of SOPs may result in fines and/or termination as further outlined in the Breach/Default section, Paragraph VI(2) herein and Exhibit E (Penalties) to this agreement. Member is responsible for all of the actions taken by their employees while on x.xxxxx premises.
