Standard Operating Procedures. IHS shall develop internal standard operating procedures and policies (“SOPs”) related to the services provided under this Agreement, to be completed no later than December 31, 2020. All applicable IHS employees are to be trained on these SOPs. Upon request, IHS shall produce a current and accurate written copy of these SOPs.
