Common use of Standard Performance, Maintenance and Repair Clause in Contracts

Standard Performance, Maintenance and Repair. Owner shall operate, maintain, repair and, if necessary, replace the Project and any portion thereof, in accordance with Good Utility Practice, Applicable Laws, Permit Requirements, and Warranty Requirements as necessary to make the Products available to O&R in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.‌
