Standard Recall Procedure. 12.4.10.1.1 Department head recall requests may be initiated by the majority of the electorate of the department and shall be submitted to the area ▇▇▇▇. 12.4.10.1.2 Recall requests may be initiated by the area ▇▇▇▇ and shall be submitted to the appropriate vice president with copies to the department head and electorate of the department. 12.4.10.1.3 In the event of a recall request, a secret ballot recall election shall be held by LBCCFA within thirty (30) working days. Should the department head be recalled by a majority vote of the department electorate, a new election shall be held immediately in accordance with the election procedures enumerated in Sections 12.4 and 12.5 of this Article.
