Standard Recall Procedure. 12.4.10.1.1 Department head recall requests may be initiated by the majority of the electorate of the department and shall be submitted to the area xxxx. 12.4.10.1.2 Recall requests may be initiated by the area xxxx and shall be submitted to the appropriate vice president with copies to the department head and electorate of the department. 12.4.10.1.3 In the event of a recall request, a secret ballot recall election shall be held by LBCCFA within thirty (30) working days. Should the department head be recalled by a majority vote of the department electorate, a new election shall be held immediately in accordance with the election procedures enumerated in Sections 12.4 and 12.5 of this Article.
