Common use of Standard Reimbursable Items Clause in Contracts

Standard Reimbursable Items. Only the reimbursable items identified in Exhibit A, C, and D (Compensation), shall be compensated to the Contractor. Reimbursable expenses will be reimbursed without markup. Fees plus reimbursable expenses shall not exceed the amount set forth in section 1.1 of this Exhibit and a copy of the original invoice for the items listed in i, ii or iii below shall be attached to the invoice submitted to the City for reimbursement. Payments shall be based upon work documents submitted by the Contractor to the City and accepted by the City as being satisfactory to City’s needs. The City shall not pay a markup on any of the items listed in i, ii or iii. Additionally, items such a telephone, fax, postage or freight are already included in the billable hourly rate. Contractor shall be reimbursed the direct expenses, which are the actual cost of the following items that are reasonable, necessary and actually incurred, by the Contractor in connection with the services:
