Common use of Standard Service Package Clause in Contracts

Standard Service Package. A combination of Cable Service tiers, consisting of the Basic Broadcast Service tier and any Cable Programming Service tiers, as provided by the Licensee as of the Effective Date and including any individual broadcast channels or cable networks added to these tiers as a result of the reconstruction of the Cable Communications System. Said Standard Service Package may be marketed by the Licensee under a brand name which may change from time to time.
