STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS. 3.1 The Goods shall be supplied in accordance with the description and specification set out in the Contract. 3.2 Where no specification or standard is stated then all Goods shall be supplied in accordance with the relevant ISO Standard, or to a recognised national standard in the country of manufacture acceptable to Crown Agents. 3.3 The Supplier shall comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements relating to the manufacture, labelling, packaging, storage, handling and delivery of the Goods, including without limitation all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements within the country where the Goods are manufactured and within the End-User’s country. 3.4 The Supplier shall ensure that at all times it has and maintains all the licences, permissions, authorisations, consents and permits that it needs to carry out its obligations under the Contract.
