RELAXATION. No latitude, extension of time or other indulgence which may be given or allowed by any Party to the other Parties in respect of the performance of any obligation hereunder, and no delay or forbearance in the enforcement of any right of any Party arising from this Agreement, and no single or partial exercise of any right by any Party under this Agreement, shall in any circumstances be construed to be an implied consent or election by such party or operate as a waiver or a novation of or otherwise affect any of the Party's rights in terms of or arising from this Agreement or estop or preclude any such Party from enforcing at any time and without notice, strict and punctual compliance with each and every provision or term hereof.
RELAXATION. RELAXATION. No indulgence, leniency or extension of a right, which either of the Parties may have in terms of this Agreement, and which either party (“the grantor”) may grant or show to the other party, shall in any way prejudice the grantor, or preclude the grantor from exercising any of the rights that it has derived from this Agreement, or be construed as a waiver by the grantor of that right.
RELAXATION. No relaxation or indulgence which any party may give at any time whatsoever in regard to the other party's obligations in terms of this agreement shall prejudice any party's rights hereunder in any manner whatsoever, nor shall such relaxation or indulgence be regarded as a waiver of any rights in terms hereof.
RELAXATION. 28.1. No latitude, extension of time or other indulgence which may be given or allowed by any party to the other parties in respect of the performance of any obligation hereunder, and no delay or forbearance in the enforcement of any right of any party arising from this Agreement, and no single or partial exercise of any right by any party under this Agreement, shall in any circumstances be construed to be an implied consent or election by such party or operate as a waiver or a novation of or otherwise affect any of the party’s rights in terms of or arising from this Agreement or preclude any such party from enforcing at any time and without notice, strict and punctual compliance with each and every provision or term hereof.
RELAXATION. 16.1 No latitude, extension of time or other indulgence which may be given or allowed by either Party to the other in respect of the performance of any obligation hereunder or the enforcement of any right arising from this Agreement and no single or partial exercise of any right by either Party shall under any circumstances be construed to be an implied consent by such Party or operate as a waiver of, or otherwise affect any of that Party’s rights arising from this Agreement. 18.2 The provisions of Rule 11.50 shall otherwise apply to any such relaxation or indulgence.
RELAXATION. No relaxation or indulgence which the Seller may show to the Purchaser shall in any way prejudice the Seller's rights hereunder and, in particular, no acceptance by the Seller of any payment after due date (whether on one or more occasions) shall preclude or stop the Seller from exercising any rights enjoyed by him hereunder. Unless otherwise stated by the Seller in writing, the receipt by the Seller or his agents of any payment shall in no way whatsoever prejudice or operate as a waiver, withdrawal or abandonment of any cancellation or right to cancellation effected or acquired prior to such receipt.
RELAXATION. The Seller shall from time to time and in its absolute discretion have the right to make a modification, waiver, release or relaxation of any of the above covenants, obligations or other stipulations contained herein or in the said Deed of Covenant contained or implied on the part of the Buyer to be performed or complied with by the Buyer or by which the successor in title may be bound. In the event of the Seller making any modification, waiver, release or relaxation of these covenants, the Buyer or successor in title or any other person or company shall have no claim whatsoever against the Seller arising directly or indirectly from the aforesaid, whether the same shall be made innocently or deliberately or by violation by the Seller or its successors in title.
