Standards for Performance of the Work. Landlord shall cause the Improvements to be constructed in a good and workmanlike manner, free from design, material, and workmanship defects in accordance with the material Construction Documents and Applicable Laws and Restrictions. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Lease or this Agreement, Tenant’s acceptance of possession of the Improvements shall not waive this warranty and Landlord shall promptly remedy all violations of the warranty at its sole cost and expense.

Standards for Performance of the Work. Sublessor shall cause all the Initial Improvements to be constructed by well trained, adequately supervised workers, in a good and workmanlike manner, with new materials, free from design, material and workmanship defects, and in accordance with ail Construction Documents and all Laws and Restrictions.
Standards for Performance of the Work. Landlord shall cause the Leasehold Improvements to be constructed by well-trained, adequately supervised workers, in a good and workmanlike manner, free from design, material and workmanship defects in accordance with all Construction Documents and all Laws and Orders. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary in the Lease or this LIA, Tenant’s acceptance of possession of the Leasehold Improvements shall not waive Landlord’s duties under this Section 4.4, and Landlord shall promptly remedy any defective work at its sole cost and expense. Landlord shall enforce any and all warranties provided by the General Contractor and any Contractors regarding construction of the Premises.

  • Performance Standards The Contractor agrees to perform all tasks and provide deliverables as set forth in the Contract. The Department and the Customer will be entitled at all times, upon request, to be advised as to the status of work being done by the Contractor and of the details thereof.
