STANDARDS FOR THE PERFORMING PARTY’S PERFORMANCE. 18.1 In accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2261, the TCEQ is required to monitor the PERFORMING PARTY’s performance under this Contract. The PERFORMING PARTY agrees that the standards set forth below are appropriate standards for the PERFORMING PARTY’s performance during the Contract.
