Common use of Standards of Performance and Time Commitments Clause in Contracts

Standards of Performance and Time Commitments. The Executive will, at all times, faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience and talents, perform all of the duties required of and from him or her pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. During the Executive’s employment, the Executive shall devote substantially all of his working time and attention to his duties with the Patheon Group, shall have and comply with a duty of loyalty to the Company and the Patheon Group, and shall render no material business services to any other person or company; provided, however, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement for the Executive, subject to the requirements of Article 6, to spend reasonable amounts of time to manage his personal, financial and legal affairs.
