Standards of Professionalism. 12.2.1 It is agreed upon by the District and the Association that certificated employees must make every effort to put forth the highest possible image of the education profession. 12.2.2 While on duty, unit members are to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Conversation should be such that reflects the level of education and training of the unit member. Vulgarity and profanity have no place in professional vocabulary. 12.2.3 The unit member is to dress neatly and appropriately for the classroom.
