Common use of Standby Power Clause in Contracts

Standby Power. Grantee shall provide standby power generating capacity at the System Headend capable of providing at least twelve (12) hours of emergency operation. Grantee shall maintain standby power system supplies, rated for at least two (2) hours duration, throughout the trunk and distribution networks. In addition, throughout the term of this Franchise Grantee shall have a plan in place, along with all resources necessary for implementing such plan, for dealing with outages of more than two (2) hours.

In addition, Grantee will have in place throughout the term Term of this Franchise Grantee shall have Franchise, a plan in placeplan, along with and all resources necessary for implementing such implementation of the plan, for dealing with outages of more than two (2) hours. Upon request, Grantee will provide a copy of the plan to the Grantor.

Grantee shall maintain standby power system supplies, rated for at least two at four (24) hours duration, throughout the trunk and distribution networks. In addition, throughout the term of this Franchise Grantee shall have in place and shall have filed with the Grantor throughout the Franchise term, a plan in placeplan, along with and all resources necessary for implementing such implementation of the plan, for dealing with outages of more than two (2) hours.
