- - -ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR PEG ACCESS. (a) The Licensee shall provide funding to the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) for PEG Access purposes in the amount of four and one-half percent (4.5%) of the Licensee’s Gross Annual Revenues.
- - -ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR PEG ACCESS. (a) The Licensee shall provide annual franchise fee payments to the Issuing Authority on behalf of the Access Corporation for PEG Access purposes in an amount equal to four percent (4%) of the Licensee's Gross Annual Revenues less applicable franchise and license fee payments to the Town and State. Said annual PEG Access payments shall be used for, among other things, salary, operating and other related expenses connected with Medway PEG Access Programming and operations. Such PEG Access payments shall be considered as part of the Licensee's franchise fee commitments and shall be included in the franchise fee for purposes of any applicable federal limitation on franchise fees.
- - -ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR PEG ACCESS. The Licensee shall provide funding to the Issuing Authority and/or its designee(s) for PEG Access purposes, as follows:
- - -ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR PEG ACCESS. (a) For Years One through Five of the Final License, the Licensee shall provide an annual payment to the Issuing Authority, or if the Issuing Authority shall so designate and apportion, to an Access Corporation (pursuant to Section 6.9), for PEG Access and related purposes, equal to five percent (5%) of the Licensee's Gross Annual Revenues, as defined herein, or a minimum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), whichever amount is greater.
- - -ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR PEG ACCESS. (a) The Licensee shall pay an annual Franchise Fee to the Access Corporation for PEG Access purposes in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Licensee's Gross Annual Revenues less applicable License Fees payable to the Town and State, provided, however, that any fee payable to the FCC shall not be deducted from said five percent (5%) payment.
- - -ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR PEG ACCESS. (a) The Licensee shall provide a quarterly payment to the Town or the Access Corporation, as designated by the Issuing Authority, for PEG Access purposes, equal to three and one-half percent (3.5%) of the Licensee's Gross Annual Revenues, as defined in Section 1.1(21) supra. For the first year of this Renewal License, said payments shall be made on a quarterly basis. Thereafter, said payments shall be made on a semi-annual basis.
- - -ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR PEG ACCESS. (a) The Licensee shall provide an annual franchise fee payment to the City, funding for PEG Access purposes equal to four and one-eighth percent (4.125%) of the Licensee's Gross Annual Revenues. Said annual franchise fee payments shall be used for, among other things, salary, operating and other related expenses connected with PEG Access Programming and operations. Such payments shall be considered as part of Licensee's franchise fee commitments and shall be included in the franchise fee for purposes of any applicable federal limitation on franchise fees, provided that in no event shall the sum of all such franchise fees and License fees pursuant to Section 7.1 exceed five (5%) of the Licensee’s Gross Annual Revenues.

(a) The Licensee shall provide an annual payment to the Access Corporation, for PEG Access purposes, equal to five percent (5%) of the Licensee's Gross Annual Revenues, less applicable license fees. Said annual PEG Access payments shall be used for, among other things, salary, operating, facilities, capital purchases, production and/or associated equipment purchases and other related expenses connected with Bridgewater PEG Access Programming and operations. Such PEG Access payments shall be considered as part of the Licensee's Franchise Fee commitments and shall be included in the Franchise Fee for purposes of any applicable federal limitation on Franchise Fees.
- - -ANNUAL SUPPORT FOR PEG ACCESS. (a) The Licensee shall provide annual Franchise Fee payments to the Issuing Authority, on behalf of its designee(s) and/or the Access Corporation, for PEG Access purposes in an amount equal to four percent (4.0%) of the Licensee's Gross Annual Revenues less applicable Franchise Fee and License Fee payments to the Town, State and federal government. Said annual PEG Access payments shall be used for, among other things, salary, operating, facilities, capital purchases, production and/or associated equipment purchases and other related expenses connected with HOPEDALE PEG Access Programming and operations. Such PEG Access payments shall be considered as part of the Licensee's Franchise Fee commitments and shall be included in the Franchise Fee for purposes of any applicable federal limitation on Franchise Fees.
